2006 SOLSTICE CHARDONNAY
Okanagan Valley, British Columbia
 
Tasting Notes
A delicious chardonnay with aromas of apple, citrus fruit, vanilla and spice. Wonderful freshness on the palate with a hint of creaminess. One third of this wine was barrel fermented and aged in French oak for a period of six months, the rest was aged in stainless steel to retain its bright fruit characteristics. Excellent value wine.

Smoked trout, quiche, light poultry dishes

Tasting Notes
A Bordeaux style blend. This wine delivers aromas of blackcurrant and Christmas cake with undertones of cedar and cinnamon. On the palate velvety smooth ripe tannins, liquorice, dark cherries and creamy chocolate. A very long and elegant finish.

Lamb and Beef dishes, roasts and stews.
