The real strength of the Okanagan-Valley-produced wines, lies in the vineyards with their diverse climate, aspect and soil~ the "Terroir" of the area. From the fragrant aromatic Rieslings and Gewurztraminers to solid and elegant Burgundian style Pinot Noirs, Pinot Gris, Pinot Blancs and Chardonnays in the centre of the Valley to full-bodied Bordeaux and Rhone style reds in the south.

| Our Signature Theme is Food and Wine. By partnering with a private chef we explore delicious wine and food combinations. Rules can be followed for perfect pairings, but they should occasionally be bent or broken. We explore today"s exotic global cuisine with a fresh and exciting approach. "Tickle your senses" by indulging in a few oysters on the half shell with a mouth-watering Okanagan Valley Sparkling wine or a crisp Chenin Blanc. |

| We hide the bottle and label. Can you guess the wine? "Blind tasting" involves tasting and evaluating wines without any knowledge of their identities and by incorporating all of your senses to identify the respective wines. Definitely a fun event. |

| Que, Syrah, Shiraz |

| One of the noblest black grape varieties. Grown and known as either Syrah or Shiraz, this is a relatively new "Jewel in the Crown" for the Okanagan Valley. This wine has rich, luscious and distinctive spicy notes. We explore the different styles the Okanagan Valley has to offer. The best Shiraz in the world, chosen at the prestigious 2006 International Wine and Spirit Competition in London, England, was produced in the Okanagan Valley. |
